AcryliCloche® range of Garden Cloches are sold with a 5 Year guarantee against UV damage. AcryliCloche® cloches are made from acrylic which has excellent UV resistance against deterioration due to UV damage. UV damage is typically seen as brittleness and opacity.

Subject to the following conditions:

To be covered by the guarantee your AcryliCloche® garden cloches  must be:

                        1. Protected from damaging chemicals, especially from powerful solvents and cleaners.

A complaint can only be considered if it is made within the guarantee period and on production of the suppliers invoice which includes the name and address of the purchaser, the date of purchase as well as the complete product description and product identification.

Boldre Projects Ltd gives no guarantee or warranty express or implied in relation to AcryliCloche® Garden Cloches apart from the guarantee given herein.

This guarantee and all the terms thereof shall apply to deliveries of AcryliCloche® Garden Cloches manufactured by Boldre Projects Ltd until the guarantee is revoked by either of the parties. Revocation may be effected by either party serving on the other notice in writing to that effect at any time.

The Guarantee

If any AcryliCloche® manufactured by Boldre Projects Ltd from acrylic shall be shown to the satisfaction of Boldre Projects Ltd to have failed to comply with the said performance specifications within the stipulated time limit Boldre Projects Ltd shall replace the failed cloche with an equivalent product or other suitable alternative to be delivered free of charge by Boldre projects Ltd to a delivery point (UK Mainland only) to be nominated by the customer, but Boldre Projects Ltd shall under no circumstances be responsible for any other damage or loss howsoever arising whether directly or indirectly. The guarantee period runs from the date of delivery of the product to the customer.
